Aerial Hammock: This session will focus on the use of a hammock suspended from the ceiling to perform various yoga poses and stretches. The trainers will guide the participants on how to use the hammock safely and effectively to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
Airo Yoga: Airo Yoga is a form of aerial yoga that utilizes a custom-designed swing to perform various poses and movements. This session will focus on the technique and alignment required to perform Airo Yoga safely and effectively.
Aerial Silk: Aerial Silk helps to develop strength agility in movement and flow during climbs, wraps, and drops, as a part of learning experience. Our trainers will be guiding the students through this graceful art.
Aerial Hoop: Aerial Hoop helps build strength in your arms, shoulders, and upper body and it’s a fantastic way to strengthen your core. Also, it helps to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Anatomy: This session will cover the anatomy and physiology of the body in relation to aerial yoga, including the benefits and contraindications of different poses and movements. The participants will learn about the energy system of the body and how it can be activated through aerial yoga.
Aerial Sound Bath: Aerial sound healing is a deeply tranquil and transformative experience that can help release tension and promote a sense of inner peace. During a sound healing session, you will be floating in a relaxing posture inside the aerial hammock, immersed in a bath of sound waves and frequencies, which can help to soothe the mind and calm the nervous system. The vibrations of the sound can also penetrate deeply into the body, helping to release physical and emotional blockages, and promote a sense of balance and harmony
Meditation: This session will focus on mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help the participants find a sense of calm and inner peace. The trainers will guide the participants through various meditation practices to help them cultivate a regular meditation practice.
Self-Practice and Live Class: This session will provide the participants with an opportunity to practice what they have learned in a live teaching environment. The trainers will guide the participants through a live class with drop-in students to give them the experience of teaching in a real-world setting.
During the breaks, the participants will have time to rest, refresh and interact with other participants. The breaks will also be an opportunity for the participants to ask questions, clarify their doubts and interact with the trainers. The schedule is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience with a balance of theory and practice.
The daily schedule is as follows:
2 hours – Hammock / Airo Yoga / Hoop / Silk**
1.5 hours – Aerial Alignment & Technicality with sequencing
1.5 hours – Anatomy
45 Minutes – Pranayama and Meditation
2 hours – Self-practice and Live class experience with Drop-ins
**Disclaimer: Participation in the aerial silk session is subject to individual physical capability, as it is a high-intensity activity. Our instructors will assess each student’s readiness, and modifications or alternatives will be offered if necessary for safety reasons.

Please note, this is a non-residential course, ie. the course fee does not include boarding and lodging. While we have accommodation facilities in house, they are charged extra depending on the room type and availability.
