Aerial yoga is an advanced form of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a silk hammock or aerial fabric. Here are some advanced aerial yoga content ideas:
Advanced Pose Tutorials: Create detailed tutorials for challenging aerial yoga poses like “Inverted Splits,” “Double Knee Hang,” or “Star Drop.” Break down the steps, alignment, and safety tips.
Aerial Flow Sequences: Develop advanced aerial yoga flow sequences that challenge practitioners’ strength and flexibility. Include transitions between poses and variations for experienced students.
Strength and Conditioning: Share videos demonstrating specific exercises and conditioning routines to build the core, upper body, and lower body strength required for advanced aerial poses.
Safety Tips and Spotting: Produce content on advanced safety techniques and the importance of having a spotter when attempting challenging aerial poses.
Aerial Flexibility Training: Offer guidance on improving flexibility specifically for aerial yoga, focusing on stretches and exercises that target areas like the shoulders, hips, and hamstrings.
Guest Instructors: Collaborate with experienced aerial yoga instructors to bring fresh perspectives and advanced techniques to your content.
The daily schedule for the 50 hours Advanced TTC is as follows:
2 hours – Hammock / Airo Yoga / Hoop / Silk
1.5 hours – Aerial Alignment & Technicality with sequencing
1.5 hours – Anatomy
45 Minutes – Pranayama and Meditation
2 hours – Self-practice and Live class experience with Drop-ins

Please note, this is a non-residential course, ie. the course fee does not include boarding and lodging. While we have accommodation facilities in house, they are charged extra depending on the room type and availability.
